What we built.
Drugmart Aesthetics is a UK-based digital platform we designed and developed end to end, both the UI/UX and the full build, to connect patients with licensed clinicians in the aesthetics space. The client needed a complete software system for their aesthetics clinic, from patient onboarding to clinician licence checks and prescription management. The platform enables patients to consult professionals, access treatments, and purchase approved products through an integrated online pharmacy. Three separate dashboards were built, for patients, clinicians, and an admin dashboard to manage everything, covering profiles, consultations, orders, and records.

Where founders got stuck.
A key focus area was implementing secure ID verification to ensure only licensed clinicians and verified patients could access the platform. The system also had to comply with strict UK healthcare and data regulations. Managing multiple dashboards with distinct permissions added complexity. All workflows needed to remain intuitive despite regulatory depth.
How we shipped it.
Map the regulation
Mapped UK aesthetics and prescription medicine rules into actual user states, verified, pending, restricted, before any UI.
Three-sided product design
Patient, clinician, and admin flows designed in parallel so handoffs like consults, prescriptions, and fulfilment never break, with admin able to manage everything.
Build with audit in mind
Every action logged. Role-based access enforced server-side. Stripe and secure document storage.
Soft launch and handover
Compliance smoke-tested, clinicians onboarded one-by-one, full code and IP transferred at the end of the six-week build.
